Use of YouTube API Services

ENGRAM Publishing Automation uses YouTube API Services to perform internal channel-owner publishing tasks, including uploading original videos, updating metadata, scheduling releases, uploading thumbnails, uploading captions/subtitles, and organizing playlists.

By using YouTube API Services, Mnemosyne Lab also refers users to the Google Privacy Policy.

Information Stored

The internal tool may store local operational records such as job IDs, video IDs, scheduled publish times, caption upload status, thumbnail status, playlist status, error logs, and retry/recovery logs.

The tool does not store viewer data, comments, private messages, passwords, third-party user data, or third-party content.

Data Sharing

The tool is not offered to external users. Operational logs are used only for internal publishing reliability and are not sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Revocation and Deletion

The channel owner may revoke the tool’s access through Google Account security settings or the Google permissions page. Local operational logs can be deleted by the channel owner from the local project storage.
