Terms of Service

Internal Tool

ENGRAM Publishing Automation is an internal publishing automation tool for original ENGRAM channel content. It is not a public service, not a software-as-a-service product, and not offered to external users.

Content Ownership

The tool is used only for original videos, captions, metadata, thumbnails, and playlists owned or controlled by the channel owner/operator.

YouTube API Compliance

The tool uses official YouTube Data API Services for permitted channel-owner publishing operations. It does not scrape YouTube, download third-party content, or provide external access to YouTube data.

No External Accounts

There are no external user accounts, no paid user tiers, and no public login page. OAuth access is used only by the channel owner/operator for the owner’s own YouTube channel.
